This fascicle regulates Working At Height Arboreal Equipment, and follows an ergonomic study needed for the safety and equipment’s securing in that field. Furthermore, it clarifies the terms and specifies the general characteristics of this equipment, such as sizes, materials, regulatory requirements, tests needed, and appropriate uses of the E.T.H.A. (Equipement pour le Travail en Hauteur en Arboriculture in french), for « Working At Height Arboreal Equipment » - which are non-motorised work equipment for works-at-height and fruit picking.
