Guarantee conditions
Our products are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defects.
If one of our products presents a defective element or a hidden defect the customer or the seller must keep us informed by registered letter.
This mail must provide an explanatory note, photos of the product, the proof of purchase and the serial number.
If the defect or hidden defect is recognized, we will send you the item allowing you to change it.
In the event where the product must be repatriated to our workshops, the shipping costs are customer's responsability.
If the product is not repairable we will replace it.
Are excluded from the guarantee: used parts, neglected wear or lack of maintenance, or the use of our products contrary to those defined (see instructions of use)
